Alex Wok Ltd has implemented a No Refunds Policy for food items. By making a purchase with Alex Wok Ltd (alexwok.com) you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy.

We understand that on occasion things may go wrong. Alex Wok Ltd would like the opportunity to resolve issues as they arise. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact the store here. We will always reply and work towards an agreeable resolution.
